New Biopharmaceutical Characteristics of In Situ Systems Based on Poloxamer 407

Thermosensitive systems based on poloxamer 407 are widely used in targeted drug delivery; however, the stability of phase transition temperature remains insufficiently studied. This article presents results a study effect adding polyethylene glycols (PEG) with different molecular weights and some classical gel-forming polymers gelation thermoreversible compositions long-term experiment. The showed positive PEG addition average at concentrations 1.5–2.0%, as well gelling agents concentration below critical concentration. proposed rheological test for studying samples’ adhesion can give an indirect forecast composition adhesive rate. Based conducted studies, three experimental binary were selected, HPMC 0.5%, sodium alginate 1500 1.5%. These most promising further development situ delivery systems.
